HSE Training

Our training are built around the tasks people actually perform on site and are assessed in practice, not in theory. Every programme carries defined learning outcomes, a written and practical assessment, and a certificate with a stated expiry date that feeds directly into a refresher schedule. Delivery is available at the client's site, at our facility, or in a blended format to suit operational demands. Training records are maintained throughout and issued to the client in a format ready for audit.

How we design training

Risk-based — content driven by the project’s actual hazard profile.

Role-specific — matched to what the delegate does, not their job title.

Practically assessed — competence demonstrated, not merely attended.

Work at Height Safety

Legal, technical and behavioural controls for elevated work — scaffolding, harnesses, MEWPs, rescue planning.

Heavy Equipment & Plant Operator Safety

Safe operation, inspection and maintenance of construction and mining plant for operators, supervisors and site engineers.

Fire Safety, First Aid & Emergency Response

Practical firefighting, emergency first aid, evacuation procedure and drill design.

Defensive Driving Training

Three separate programmes for SUV and light vehicle, light truck, and heavy-duty and articulated drivers — each with its own syllabus and assessment standard.

Extractive Industry Safety Induction

Site-specific induction for mining and quarrying operations — employees, contractors and visitors.

Confined Space Entry

Identification, atmospheric testing, permit systems, standby duties and rescue planning.

Health and Safety Management System

Corporate and project HSE policy, site safety management plans, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems and emergency response
